What is your return policy?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Gem Garden Arts! If you are not satisfied, products are returnable for a 100% refund if received within 30 days from your original order date. All returned items must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached and original item packaging. Please place a copy of your original invoice or packing slip in the package when returning your items. For specific questions about returns, please visit our Contact page and send us an email, and we will return your message personally.
Who Makes and Ships My Order?
Unless otherwise noted, all Gem Garden Arts products are designed in house. Many of our products, including our greeting cards, are made and shipped directly from Gem Garden Arts. For other products, we work with print-on-demand partners who create and ship our designs after you place your order. All businesses rely on vendors and partners to make their product offerings possible. In our case, our print-on-demand partners are an integral part of bringing our designs to your doorstep.

Print-on-demand allows us to offer a wider range of designs on a broader variety of products. They help us by avoiding the need for costly speculative ordering. And, printing on demand is an eco-friendly business model! There is no need for products to be produced, shipped, and warehoused - if you order one, only one is created. There is literally no waste. And, our print-on-demand partner creates and ships your products from right here in the USA.

Greeting card orders are packaged by hand in house and can be expected to arrive within 5-7 business days. For other merchandise, please allow an additional 1-2 days for delivery to allow for production of your item.
What About Amazon and Other Off-Site Purchases?
Gem Garden Arts offers products which are designed and made in-house, as well as curated collections of items which are carefully chosen from other retailers such as Amazon. We enjoy choosing and recommending these products to you, and usually they are products which we have purchased and been pleased with ourselves! Our site and our product choices are not sponsored by or paid for by Amazon or any other retailer. We do participate in the Amazon Associates program. When you choose to purchase merchandise recommended on our site, as an Amazon Association, we earn from qualifying purchases. These earnings are at no charge to you and are paid for by Amazon. Shipping Method: Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.
Shipping Fees:

US Orders - We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.50 within the US. And, all orders over $50 earn free shipping!

International orders - Shipping fees vary based on actual costs. Please use the shopping cart to calculate shipping costs, or reach out to us via the Contact page with specific questions.
